High Maintenance Mom

I wanted to carry a bag that didn't scream diaper bag and also try to reduce the huge number of items I was dragging around. Here's a basic bag that will handle most issues...

The "stealth" diaper bag

• 1 storage/freezer size "ziploc" (the new ones with the zipper that are very easy to open and close)
• 1-2 diapers depending on the age of your child
• 1 sandwich size "ziploc" with 10 wipes in it
• 1 lap pad or burp cloth (something small that folds flat to use as a changing pad)
• 1 small bottle of sanitizer (like purell)
• 1 sample size diaper rash ointment (optional)

I keep one of these near the door for walks and one in each car - just in case. The sealable outer bag also comes in handy for keeping used diapers away from everything else.

Remember to restock the diapers and wipes.
