Everybody Eats Lunch is an appealing book that is shaped like a lunchbox with bright colors and friendly text. On the first page your child can fill in information about what they like to eat for lunch, what language they speak, what country they live in, when they eat, where they eat, and with whom they eat. The next page is a world map for finding where each child in the book lives. The following pages introduce kids from around the world along with their favorite foods and recipes. My kids were instantly drawn to the book. They noticed that each kid eats a fruit in their lunch but that some foods don't look anything like what we eat. It was fun to watch them flip the pages back and forth talking to themselves as they pointed at each clock.
