October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, which seems like a good time to remind everyone to do a self-exam... Self-exams should be performed every month at the end of your period or on the same day each month if you are not getting your period. The self-exam includes both looking at and feeling your breasts. The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation has a page on their site with video clips explaining the self-exam and a quiz.
